What’s the process for booking a meeting room?

You can book in just a few clicks — choose your room, select a date and time, and confirm the booking online. Members also have the option to reserve rooms directly through the Member Portal.

If you’d prefer a more personalised experience, our centre team at (02) 8529 4848 can assist with bookings, recurring sessions, or full-day workshops.

What is your cancellation policy?

Plans change – we get it!

48 hours or more before your booking: Cancel or reschedule at no charge.
48–24 hours before: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours before the booking start: A 100% fee applies.
